Old Heads and No Story

 I drew this head about three years ago. I didn't much care for the drawing and decided it needed a quick little story to go with it. I started writing and I had a great time, but another significant character appeared and I felt I should do a drawing of him, too.

As I drew the second character, another ending occurred to me, but it would require a monkey. So, I drew the monkey.

I went back and rewrote the story -- this happened in late 2010 -- but I lost focus and didn't get around putting it all together. Now, I can't for the life of me remember what the ending was. I thought I had it written in draft mode, but it's not there.

So, here are a couple of old heads. Story not included.
